#week3of5 #cookpadindia Shrikhand is a famous and a delectable dessert from the Indian subcontinent loved by many across the Country. In this spectacular looking version, I have given this a new innovative twist by using it on Biscuits and treating my family and friends to beautiful Canapes. For this, I have used Plums in this recipe. You can use any seasonal fruit of your choice. Enjoy with your loved ones and friends and celebrate those precious moments of togetherness with these beautiful looking no cook canapes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Tie up yoghurt in a clean cloth and place it in a strainer underneath which there is a bowl for collecting the whey.

* Step 2

Now leave it on the kitcher counter if the weather is cold and if it's humid and hot,the best place is the refrigerator. This is done to safeguard it from spoiling.

* Step 3

After 24 hours, take out the thick strained yoghurt or hung curd. Make a puree of ripe and juicy plums with the powdered sugar added to it.

Stir in this puree and the cardamom powder in the hung curd. Mix well until blended properly. Refrigerate until chilled.
