Dal shaak nu Garam Masala

Ingredient

250 gms

dhania seeds

75gms,

shah jeera

25 gms,

pepper

25gms

cloves

25gms,

Cinnamon

10 gms,

dagad phool

10 gms,

star anise

10gms,

Javantri

20 gms,

cardamom

15 to 20

Bay leaves,

1/2 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Taking 1/2 tsp oil roast each ingredient separately (except chilli powder) on slow flame

Roast on very slow flame until aroma of each masala releases

Cool completely and powder each ingredient separately

* Step 4

Now mix all powders. Add in chilli powder and salt and mix well and churn the entire mixture in mixer for a homogenous masala

Now sieve the masala and cool it for 3hours

When completely cooled down fill in clean airtight jars.
