Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In maida add salt, hing oil 6 tsp, pepper powder and knead a medium stiff dough
* Step 2
To besan add salt, ajwain, oil 2 tsp and knead a medium stiff dough
* Step 3
Make portions and roll out 2 maida rotla and 2 besan rotlo using rice flour if needed
* Step 4
Aplly oil on 1 maida rotlo and sprinkle rice flour. Place besan rotlo, apply oil, sprinkle rice flour
* Step 5
In this way make a pile of 4 rotlas, roll slightly again to level them evenly
* Step 6
Roll tighty and cut into portions
* Step 7
Press each and roll slightly to make puris
* Step 8
Deep fry crispy and enjoy with family this DIWALI
