This in my innovative recipe with chicken and the awesome tangy spicy taste of the mango-mustard with the succulent pieces stewed in coconut milk will surely bring exotic taste to your regular chicken curries.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a paste of onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies and keep aside
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take the chicken, add yoghurt, onion paste, salt, Spice Story Mango Mustard Chutney and marinate for an hour to infuse the chicken with the flavors
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, whole garam masala spices and once the aroma is released add the chicken pieces one by one and fry and once the oil releases, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt and sugar to taste.
* Step 4
Add 1 tbsp Spice Story Mango Mustard Chutney to the mixture and once the oil releases add the coconut milk. I have not used water here. The chicken pieces are simmered in the coconut milk.
* Step 5
Finally once the gravy is ready with the chicken pieces soft, switch off the flame and serve hot with steamed rice.
