Shrimp Rice Noodles with stir fried vegetables

Ring in this 73rd Republic Day with this tricolor shrimp noodles with winter fresh greens.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate prawns with the first few ingredients and keep for 15 minutes. Stir fry in vegetable oil and keep aside. Meanwhile soak the rice noodles in cold water for at least 30 minutes
* Step 2
Now cut all the greens in the green gravy section. Take 2 tbsp butter and sauté all the vegetables. I had prepared the spinach purée just by blanching and making a paste in a mixer. Add the purée and mix well. Add salt to taste, milk and cornflour powder slurry in water and when the beans get cooked switch off the flame.
* Step 3
In a pan fry garlic cloves and red bell pepper and keep aside. In the same pan add milk and the cheese slices. Once it start boiling add the sautéed garlic and bell pepper and the fried shrimps. Once well cooked add cornflour slurry in water and your orange cream sauce is ready.
* Step 4
Now comes the assortment step and it is your choice to decorate. I placed the rice noodles in middle on a serving plate and plattered with green veggies gravy and orange shrimp sauce and placed a chicken sausage flower on top of the noodles.(refer to the link of my sausage egg flowers)
