Unwrap the coconut bite and enjoy the rose and coconut flavor with added raisins , Aam papad and strawberry sauce. This chewy yummy sweet will give you the blended taste of ghee, coconut and rose flavour. So enjoy with your family in Diwali or make it the dessert dish in your party menu.
This is my pink contribution to the breast cancer awareness campaign and I cooked this to support the good cause and initiative taken by Cookpad India .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 1 cup milk and add 1 cup milkmaid and cook till it starts boiling. Add 1 cup dessicated coconut powder and sugar and mix well.
* Step 2
Add pink food color and mix. Allow to cool
* Step 3
Add 2 tbsp ghee, rose essence, 2 tbsp besan flour and keep stirring till dry and leaves from kadai. There should be no lumps.
* Step 4
Now when it is slightly cool place in silicone cup cake moulds and allow to chill till it sets. Demould and garnish with Aam papad, raisins and strawberry sauce. Enjoy the sticky chewy bite and relish.
