Russian Salad is made from parboiled vegetables and fruits mixed with a yogurt & mayonnaise based dressing and thus its flavor and texture is quite different from the normal salads. Yoghurt gives an extra burst to the salad and makes it quite soothing.I added potatoes, carrots, apple ,cucumber,banana and grapes.You can add other ingredients like beans, sweet corn, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, strawberries and even paneer cubes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes and carrots. Then chop them into small pieces, but don't mash them.
* Step 2
Also chop cucumber, apple, banana, grapes. Mix all the chopped fruits and vegetables in a large bowl. Add cashewnuts and raisins and mix well.
* Step 3
To make the dressing, combine mayonnaise and yogurt with black Salt, Black Pepper Powder & powder sugar, and mix well.
* Step 4
Pour the dressing over the fruits & vegetables and toss to coat them evenly. Chill the salad for a couple of hours before serving.
