Three Color Lentil Soup
Masoor daal is a popular lentil and an important part of diet . This is a healthy soup with a golden yellow color and when cooked with tomato and ladysfinger gives a tricolor look of yellow green red.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and strain the lentils.
* Step 2
Cut onions, tomatoes and ladysfinger. Take a pressure cooker and add the lentils, 2 cups water, cut onion, tomato and the ladysfingers. Add mustard oil, salt, sugar, panchforon. Steam cook for 5-8 minutes.
* Step 3
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle few drops of mustard oil on top and serve as main dish or side dish with rice.
