Peanut Butter and Banana Honey Oats - breakfast
I love oats and I am always looking for ways to make them a little bit special. Peanut butter and banana are always a winning combination. Inspired by a few online food blogs around the many combos that work with oats. I have tried this beauty and absolutely Love it #breakfast #treat

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare your almonds and banana first by chopping roughly and set aside.
* Step 2
Alternatively, you could make my homemade nut granola and have it ready for whenever you make oats and need some crunch. recipe here:
* Step 3
Add a cup of boiled water from the kettle to a small pot and bring it back to a boil. Add the oats and a pinch of salt and stir until oats are cooked and water is absorbed. This happens within minutes so don't leave it unattended as the small amount of water will be gone and your porridge will be burnt.
* Step 4
Stir in peanut butter, banana, almonds and honey until well combined. Enjoy.
