Mexican Elote Corn on the Cob

#trendy When I was in my teenage I ate this type did Elote from a Mexican or Spanish cart in London.Today my sin wanted me to make it so I remembered this moment and made it from my memory.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 ears

Corn

1/2 cup

mayonnaise

1 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the husked corn directly onto stove grill. Grill the corn for about 3 minutes, undisturbed, or until kernels begin to turn golden brown and look charred. Turn over and repeat. When all sides are browned, remove from the grill onto a plate.

* Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together the, mayonnaise, butter,mixed herbs, garlic, chilli flakes, and lime juice. Taste and season the mixture with salt if needed.

* Step 3

Using a brush or a spoon, coat each ear of corn with the mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with additional Chili flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.. Enjoy 🙂
