Aloo ka salan or tarkari (no oil)

I always make this salan without oil and it only takes 10 minutes to prepare this.It tastes really good with puri or kachori.

Ingredient

Saunf

1/2 tsp

Zeera

1/4 tsp

Kalonji

1/4 tsp

Methi

1/4 tsp

Haldi

1/2 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add Aloo and all the spices (kalonji, methi, saunf, red chili powder, whole red chillies haldi, salt) and cook few minutes with little water

* Step 2

Then add about 1 cup water and let it cook covered on low heat. When the potatoes are soft, mash a little, add the pickle and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Adjust the consistency by adding some water.. Garnish with coriander leaves.. whole red chillies and green chilies.. Enjoy😍
