Sabudana khichdi is an Indian dish made of tapioca pearls, potatoes, peanuts and herbs. It is hugely popular in India and is typically prepared in parts of Western India such as Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat. It is commonly consumed during Navratri fasts.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak sago in enough water for 2 hours. Strain excess water.
* Step 2
Wash peel and chop potatoes in very thin slices.
* Step 3
Heat ghee in a wok. Add thinly chopped potatoes in ghee and fry golden brown colour. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 4
Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put soaked and strained sago and saute for 1 minute. Add peanuts and roast for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Now add fried potatoes and mix. Add rock salt, black pepper powder and mango powder and mix well. Sauté for an minute and sago khichdi is ready.
