#Chickpea flour is full of healthy nutrients. It's a great alternative to refined wheat flour, as it's lower in carbs and calories yet richer in protein and fiber. It can decrease levels of the harmful compound acrylamide in processed foods and is gluten free.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for making batter in a mixing bowl and make a batter with the help of water. Add all chopped vegetables and adjust the consistency of batter by adding water.
* Step 2
Heat a non-stick griddle and put little butter and when it melts pour a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of spetula. Sprinkle grated paneer and press it. Sprinkle butter all around pancake and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also.
* Step 3
Flip again and roast for 1 minute and transfer it in a plate.
* Step 4
Like wise make all the pancakes.
