1 bowl

Gram flour

1 tbsp

rice flour

To taste

salt

1/4 tsp

carrom seeds

1/4 tsp

garam masala

1/4 tsp

chaat masala

50 gm

paneer

1 tbsp

butter

As required

Sauce for serving

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for making batter in a mixing bowl and make a batter with the help of water. Add all chopped vegetables and adjust the consistency of batter by adding water.

* Step 2

Heat a non-stick griddle and put little butter and when it melts pour a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of spetula. Sprinkle grated paneer and press it. Sprinkle butter all around pancake and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also.

Flip again and roast for 1 minute and transfer it in a plate.

Like wise make all the pancakes.

Serve hot with sauce.
