Ingredient

4 tbsp

oats

1 " piece

grated ginger

To taste

salt

To taste

black pepper

1/2 tsp

carom seeds

as required

Sauce as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.

* Step 2

Add 4 tablespoons oats.

Add grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, carom seeds, roasted cumin seeds.in this and mix well.

* Step 4

Now take a portion of the dough and make a ball. Flatten it on your palm and give the shape of tikki. Like wise make all the tikkis.

Heat a non-stick griddle and put two spoon cooking oil and put tikkis and roast/fry till golden brown.

* Step 6

Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown

Serve hot with sauce.
