Pan fried sea bass with potatoes, spinach and toasted pine nuts

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel potatoes and chop into small 1cm cubes. Boil in water for 4-5 minutes, drain and set a side. Toast pine nuts in a pan. Add a little olive oil. Now add the potatoes and sauté for about 5-7 minutes
* Step 2
Now in another pan, heat a little oil and cook sea bass skin side down on medium high heat until skin is crispy. Turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and leave to finish cooking for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, add spinach to the potatoes and wilt the spinach for about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and serve
