* Step 1

Grease a small omelette pan with oil. Beat the egg and add to hot pan. Let it set for a min or two then flip over to finish cooking. Move to a plate

Add ham and mozzarella on top. Roll up. Secure with cocktail sticks.

Slice and return to pan for 2 mins to melt the cheese a bit. Enjoy 😊
