Tortellini burro e salvia
If you like Italian food read on. The story is quite long 😀 I've explained before that they're many regional variations of dishes. Everyone knows ravioli but not many know about tortellini. These tasty little things come from Emilia Romagna. I've never tried to make them myself as it looks very complicated! Like ravioli they have a filling. The one I used for this dish is filled with prosciutto. This dish can be served with a sage and butter sauce like I've done but more traditionally they are served at Christmas or new year's day in a broth. As it's not quite Christmas yet, I served it like this otherwise my husband would think I've gone mad! #onerecipeonetree #Italian #pasta #dinner #mainmeal #Christmas
