Savoury breakfast brioche

I typically don't like sweet things for breakfast so to make a change from eggs, I make these every now and again. Easy and yummy! Make the night before to save time and just heat in the microwave #breakfast #brunch

Ingredient

pancetta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut pastry into triangles and sprinkle with Parmesan

* Step 2

Add pancetta along the edges. Roll up from pointy end and shape into half moons. Glaze with egg, sprinkle with more Parmesan

* Step 3

Bake at 200 for about 20 mins :)
