Prawn and asparagus quiche
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prick pastry with a fork, blind bake at 200 for about 5 mins. Chop asparagus, save tips to arrange decoration.
* Step 2
Fry gently in oil for 4-5 mins to soften slightly
* Step 3
Add asparagus, beaten eggs (salted to taste) and prawns to pastry. Arrange the tips to decorate.
* Step 4
Bake at 180 for about 25 mins. Enjoy :)
