Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Put your bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, green chili, scotch bonnet, ginger & garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins.
* Step 3
Add your spices and seasoning
* Step 4
Add water and adjust seasoning if needed.
* Step 5
Cover and allow to cook for 30 mins.
* Step 7
Add your rice and stir fry for 2 mins.
