Fried plantain with scrambled eggs
You see this combo, OMG is so delicious when you eat those plantain with scrambled egg. You know plantain on it’s own is irresistible.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel your plantain and cut into desired shape then add little salt. Then fry in hot oil.
* Step 2
For the scrambled eggs, break 3 eggs in a bowl, then cut ur onions, tomatoes, tattasai and green pepper and add your maggi and curry. Then beat the egg.
* Step 3
Put oil in a pan then put ur eggs and scramble in the pan until done. Enjoy
