Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grease your palm and peel the jackfruits, cut into small parts and discard the seeds for this recipe. Add to a blender and add Moong dal. Blend smooth
* Step 2
Add 1 Tbsp ginger paste and 1/2 Tbsp coriander powder, sugar and salt and mix well. Make Bora
* Step 3
In a pan heat oil and add the Bora and fry, set aside
* Step 4
In the same pan add rest of the ginger paste, coriander paste, cumin paste and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins, add salt and sugar and add yogurt and mix well.
* Step 5
Add the fried Bora and mix well. Add 1/4 cup water and let it come to boil, add ghee and sprinkle garam masala powder and set aside
* Step 6
Serve with garnish of red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander leaves and enjoy the Party
