Chana Masala is a very tasty street food and which is enjoyed by most people in North and East India

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the Chickpeas overnight
* Step 2
Wash and pat them dry completely. There should be no water on the Chickpeas
* Step 3
In a wok heat adequate oil and add little Chickpeas, oil will splurge, keep the flame low and fry them covered.
* Step 4
When golden in colour, set aside, and complete the batch
* Step 5
In a bowl add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, Chaat Masala, Amchur powder, salt, and black salt and mix well, add the fried Chanas when it’s hot and mix well
* Step 7
PS : You can store for 1 week when the fried Chanas are cold
