Moa is definitely made during Winter months and enjoyed most. It’s also very much part of Poush Sankranti. Enjoy making a easy delicacy from Bengal

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok add grated Patali Gur, little water and bring it to flame, on medium flame and keep stirring.
* Step 2
The Gur would boil, become frothy and reduce in size.
* Step 3
To test the doneness of the syrup, take a spoon of the syrup and pour in water, if it’s formed into a ball, then syrup is ready. Set aside
* Step 4
While it’s hot, add Muri. Grease your palm and make balls or Moa, set aside once batch is completed
* Step 5
Plate and enjoy on its own, enjoy with Nolen Gur’er Payesh
