Rasmalai Fudge

#deep21 Rasmalai is favourite of all during Diwali and when made into a Fudge, the happiness is more. A fusion and a quick dessert for all during this Diwali

Ingredient

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat butter, turn the flame low and add milk, stir well.

* Step 2

Add condensed milk and keep stirring until the milk leaves surface and the mix is little dry.

* Step 3

At this time add chopped pistachios and dried rose petals and mix well. Set aside from the flame

* Step 4

Add cardamom powder and mix well, get it into room temperature

* Step 5

In a square bowl add a parchment paper and pour the Rasmalai mix, add chopped pistachios and dried rose petals and pat gently, refrigerate for 2 hours until set

* Step 6

Take it out from the refrigerator and with a sharp knife cut squares.

* Step 7

Plate and enjoy
