Chickpeas

Lettuce

Salt

Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & Soak chickpeas overnight. Drain the water and pressure cook on a medium flame for 6 whistles. Depressurise and drain and set aside.

* Step 2

Mash the chickpeas and add salt & pepper.

* Step 3

Cut the baguettes into quarters and place lettuce, add the chickpeas and spread evenly, add avocado slices.

* Step 4

Plate and enjoy with a beverage of your choice. I chose Coffee.
