Sabudana is what I’ve never cooked before and head a lot about it. So today for the first time I cooked Sabudana Vada
Ingredient

Preparation time-60 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the sabudana for 30 mins. Make a paste of green chillies - ginger. Boil the potato. Cool, peel and mash
* Step 2
Mix the mash potato to the soaked sabudana
* Step 3
Add green chilli-ginger paste, lime juice, peanuts and salt and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
* Step 4
Make balls and heat oil. Deep fry in batches
* Step 5
Plate and serve with yoghurt or any dip
