Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend together coconut, cuminseeds, chilli, salt and beetroot. Add water as required
* Step 2
In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and add the chutney paste to the tadka.
Mix and serve.
