Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk egg in a bowl. Add salt and milk. Heat a pan and add few drops of oil. Pour in the egg mixture and sprinkle coriander leaves and red chilli powder.

Flip and cook from the other side.

* Step 3

In the same pan. Add butter and place bread slice. Flip and roast till golden brown.

* Step 4

Masala cheesy omelette
