#MyFirstRecipe #karela #bittergourd This is a simple karela recipe that I make very often as my kids also love them. Usually kids as well as grown ups don't like karela but if you want them to eat,then do try this recipe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4people

Cooking time :

30mins
1 cup

water

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

cumin powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slit and remove seeds from the karela.

* Step 2

Boil the karelas in water for 10mins

Remove the Karelas from water and let them cool down for 5mins

* Step 4

Now cut the karelas in to thin slices and coat the karelas with the spices evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and place the spices coated karela slices on the pan.

* Step 6

Turn them in a minute and let them fry from the other side.

* Step 7

Let them stay in the pan on low heat for 5minutes.

* Step 8

If you want them more crispy then please add rice flour in the spice mix.

* Step 9

Serve these tasty karela fingers with rice -dal or chapatis.
