Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add flour, green paste,ajwain chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,jeera powder salt and mix it well.
* Step 2
Add chopped methi, palak leaves and 2 spoon oil combine everything well and adding water knead dough, keep aside for 20 min.
* Step 3
Make equal balls and roll it paratha apply oil dust flour and fold in triangle shape and roll it (not too thin).
* Step 4
Heat tawa place the paratha roast on one side turn the other side apply oil/ghee cook it till done.
* Step 5
Methi Palak Paratha is ready to serve with raita, pickle.
