Ragi Sundal

#TR Ragi sundal is a soft and healthy snack for a lunch box.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water add salt and one spoon ghee, add ragi flour mix it well off the flame cover keep for sometime.

* Step 2

Transfer the steamed ragi flour to a plate mix it to form dough apply ghee to hands if it's sticky,steam it for 10min.

* Step 3

Heat ghee add mustard seeds, urad dal, green chilli, red chilli, onion, curry leaves fry for a while,then add grated carrot and little salt and steamed ragi balls mix it well,cover and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice, coriander leaves, coconut.

* Step 4

Ragi balls ready for tiffin box/to enjoy.
