Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash,peel mango cut in pieces and grind it to puree.
* Step 2
Heat the pan add mango puree and cook till thickens, add cardamom powder mix it then it starts leaving pan turn off flame.
* Step 3
Grease plate spread the mango evenly then dry it in sunlight/under fan for 3,4hours
* Step 4
Cut according to your choice roll it and ready to enjoy/serve.
