besan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add methi chopped and coriander leaves chopped add chilli paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, salt, besan mix it without water add soda and lemon juice mix it well consistency should be like dough, make small koftas.

* Step 2

Heat oil in Kadai add mustard seeds, curry leaves, add chopped broad beans(separate beans), brinjal mix it cook for a few minutes.

* Step 3

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder,garam masala, salt, jaggery mix, add water to cover subji place the prepared methi koftas cover with a lid and cook till soft.

* Step 4

Serve the methi koftas with chapati and rice
