Chirote is delicacy served mainly in Karnataka and Maharashtra, made it in red colour using beetroot.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add maida,salt and 3sp ghee and mix it till it holds shape.
* Step 2
Add beetroot puree and mix it well add water if needed make medium soft dough.
* Step 3
For sugat syrup add sugar to little water and cook till sticky consistency.
* Step 4
Make corn flour paste adding ghee to corn flour and mix till creamy texture.
* Step 5
Now divide dough in equal balls and roll all the balls.
* Step 6
Now place on chapati and spread the corn paste and place another chapati over it repeat this till done. Roll it and cut in equal sizes.
* Step 7
Roll the each piece and give heart shape with bothe hands.
* Step 8
Heat oil in kadai and fry on medium heat,dip in sugar syrup. Do the same with all chirote.
* Step 9
Top with dry fruits and chirote Hearts are ready.
