Capsicum with gravy

#GA4#week4 Capsicum can be cooked with different ways,made peanuts and coconut gravy with spices.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop capsicum,tometo,onion.

Heat oil in kadai add peanuts, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, corriander seeds,jeera,coconut powder and roast for 5min and grind to paste add enough water.

* Step 3

Heat oil add tej patta, musterd seeds,cumin seeds add chilly paste,ginger paste and onion saute for while add tometoes, capsicum and ground paste and mix well.

* Step 4

Add chilly powder, corriander powder, turmeric and mix well cook till oil seperates then add water to make gravy according.

* Step 5

Add salt,and lemon juice mix it well add some fresh corriander leaves and it's ready to serve with chapati and rice.
