Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add wheat and rage flour with salt,oil and knead stiff dough.
* Step 2
Mix carrot grated,cabbage,onion grated and add salt sugar and keep for sometime it leaves water, squeeze out and add coriander leaves,butter, pepper powder and mix it.
* Step 3
Now make balls of dough and roll it fill the stuffing and give momo shape.
* Step 4
Heat the steamer and steam momos for 5,7min.
* Step 5
Take out and serve hot with schezwan sauce.
