1/2 bowl

besan

1 tsp

ajwain

1/2 tsp

hing

to taste

Salt

Pinch

soda

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash potatoes cut into thin circles.

* Step 2

Add besan to a bowl add rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,hing, ajwain mix it add enough water to make thick dosa batter consistency.

* Step 3

Heat oil in kadhai add pinch of soda mix it and dip potato circles into the batter and deep fry till golden crisp and serve with sauce.
