Mocha Orange Crinkle Cookies
Th cookies could be a great addition to your Christmas cookie collection. I love the combination of flavors from the coffee and the candied orange peel.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
* Step 2
Whisk together flour, cocoa, brown sugar, granulated sugar, instant coffee powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
* Step 3
Add eggs, vegetable oil and extracts. Add chocolate chips and candied orange peel. Stir thoroughly until all dried ingredients are incorporated.
* Step 4
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. (I spray my hands with butter flavored spray and then dip them into the granulated sugar before rolling the dough into balls.)
* Step 5
Roll each ball in granulated sugar. Then roll each ball very in powdered sugar.
* Step 6
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
* Step 7
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
* Step 8
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
