Acorn Squash Spicy Potage

Full of vitamin C and antioxydants from the acorn squash and the spices, all proven to be cancer fighting. Can also be made with pumpkin.

turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil

* Step 2

Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for half an hour

* Step 3

Remove from heat and let cool down for half an hour

* Step 4

Put in food processor and blend till liquid

* Step 5

Put back in pot, reheat and serve hot

* Step 6
