Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cut the core out of the cabbage and put in a big pot. Pour boiling water over it to soften and put aside for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Take out cabbage and separate leaves. Take the meat mixture and make into balls the size of an egg, then roll up into the cabbage leaves.

* Step 3

In a pot layer onions, cabbage balls, and potatoes. Put the rest of the cabbage, carrots, and celery on top. Cover with tomatoes and cook on medium heat for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
