Mutton bone and drumstick saru
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash bones marinate with turmeric powder & salt and keep it at least 30min
* Step 2
Grind coconut, fennel, cumin, garlic, cashewnut, poppy seed as fine paste
* Step 3
Cut drumstick into medium pieces, boil with 1cup of water until cook
* Step 4
Cook marinated bones in pressure for 20min with 1cup of water
* Step 5
In a deep pan add oil cinnamon, clove, curry leaves,fry for a while, now add cooked bones, chilli power, tamarind paste, ground paste, add 2 cups of water, let it simmer for 15 min
* Step 6
In separate pan add ghee, add onion, fry until brown
* Step 7
Add with bone saru, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with ghee rice, iddly dosa etc.,
