Nuts Khajura

This is very good healthy evening snack & filling.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix rice flour and semolina,

* Step 2

Fry scraped coconut until golden brown, cool, and add with flour mix

* Step 3

Add crushed nuts, and sugar, mix throughly

* Step 4

Beat eggs, add milk and cardamon powder, add with rice flour and semolina, mix well

* Step 5

The dough should be like chappathi mix, (if the dough is too thick add little warm milk)

* Step 6

Take a big flat plate, spread the dough evenly, and cut your desire size

* Step 7

Heat oil in a deep pan, take the pieces 6 to 8 roll it with poppy seed, and deep fry in medium flame until dark golden brown

* Step 8

Repeat the same process and serve with evening tea
