Cauliflower mashed faux-tatoes
Low carb, lower calorie alternative to mashed potatoes. Can be eaten as side dish or used to top shepherd's, cottage or fish pie.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the cauliflower into 2-3 inch pieces. Steam until it's tender when pierced with a fork.
* Step 2
Place the cauliflower in the food processor. Add butter (or coconut or olive oil), herb salt, and black pepper. Puree until smooth and creamy.
* Step 3
Garnish with herbs and serve.
