Roasted (or grilled) pasta salad
I love to cook...on the weekends!! Great meal for the fridge as weekday entree, side, or lunch.
Ingredient

4 entree servin
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Toss vegtables with evo and s&p then roast with linguisa at 400 for 20min or grill on med til crispie.
* Step 2
Boil water and cook pasta for 8 min and drain.
* Step 3
Chop roasted tomatos and garlic then toss with dressing.
* Step 4
Add dressing to pasta, set aside.
* Step 5
Chop vegtables and mozzerella to bite size.
* Step 6
Toss vegtables, pasta, and mozzerella.
