Veg Biryani

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice in water. Chop all veggies. Take curd in bowl add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,red chilly powder,salt, lemon juice put all veggies in it.mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes
* Step 2
Put pan on gas add 2 tbspoon desi ghee,add cinnamon sticks,bay leaves and big and small cardamom then add soaked rice to it.cooked rice 80 percent.
* Step 3
In small pan saute some sliced onions till golden brown. In another pan add desi ghee add marinated veggies to it.cook till soft.now in pan add layers of rice and veggies.cook for ten minutes.Biryani is ready.
* Step 4
Serve hot with cool curd raita. Spread brown onion on biryani.
