Butterscotch upside down apple cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a sauce pan, add brown sugar and cook on medium high heat.
* Step 2
Until the sugar dissolves well.
* Step 4
And cook on medium heat for few seconds.
* Step 5
Now add chopped apples and cook for a minute. Then turn off the flame.
* Step 6
Pour the rest of the sauce except 1/2 cup into the cake mold and put it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes to set well.
* Step 7
For cake batter put butter and powder brown sugar into a heavy bottom bowl and beat
* Step 8
Until becomes creamy texture.
* Step 9
Then add 6 eggs and beat well. (add eggs one by one)
* Step 10
Now add plain flour (maida) and baking powder and mix it well.
* Step 11
Then add remaining 1/2cup butterscotch apple sauce and mix.
* Step 12
Pour the cake better into a cake mold.
* Step 13
And bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 180c or until done.
