Place the risen donut dough on floured kitchen surface and roll it with a rolling pin. Dough should be about 1/2 inches thick.
* Step 2
Cut donuts with useing the donut cutter or any cookie cutter.
* Step 3
Apply some oil on tray then dust some plain flour.
* Step 4
This time you'll only need 30 minutes.
* Step 5
Heat up the oil and fry donuts on medium heat. Flip the donuts after 1 minute or until light golden.
* Step 7
Make a hole with sharp knife.
* Step 8
Fill with melted mango curd.
