Sab se pehly gandum ka Ata aur makai ka Ata ache se mix kar lain.
* Step 2
Ab is mein namak, laal mirch, dara mirch, zeera aur ajwain daal kar mix kar lain.
* Step 3
Phir payaz aur sabaz mirch bhi mix kar lain.
* Step 4
Ab methi ko dho kar ache se nichor lain aur wo bhi mix kar lain.
* Step 5
Ab taza pani se dough tayar kar lain.aur pede bana kar 10 minutes chor dain. (Ye dough normal dough se thori sakhat tayar ho gi.)
* Step 6
Ab roti bail kar medium flame per paka lain aur halka sa ghee laga lain.
* Step 7
Mazedaar missi roti tayar hai.
