Cooking instructions
* Step 1
cook pasta as package direction...set aside
* Step 2
in a bowl combine chicken and the rest of the spices.
* Step 3
cut all the vegetables lengthwise
* Step 4
skillet on medium fire heat the butter and olive oil add onion and garlic sautee about 2 min add the chicken with constant stirring about 5 min.add carrots and zuchinni bell pepper stirr well cover/simmer about 5 min or untill chicken is tender and the veg is cooked.
